REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery or purchase.
2. Eligibility & Condition of Items
To qualify for a successful return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same **original condition** that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will contact you via phone or email within 24 hours to confirm the approval or rejection of your return.
- **Refunds:** If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method (such as M-Pesa or Bank account) within 14 business days.
- **Exchanges:** If you prefer an exchange for a defective, damaged, or alternative product, your replacement item will be dispatched within 14 business days, subject to product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be accepted for a return or exchange:
- Items reported or brought back more than 14 days after delivery.
- Items showing clear signs of use, alterations, installation, or tampering.
- Products missing their original packaging, parts, or accessories.
- Items explicitly marked as final sale or clearance.
5. Return Procedure
To initiate your return or exchange seamlessly, follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery via phone/WhatsApp or email.
- Provide your order details, proof of purchase, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Bring or ship the item directly to our verification center location detailed below. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
